These are the world’s first Point-to-Point (PtP) 2.5G Network Terminals (NTs), and these new models build upon FiberTwist’s do-it-yourself twist mechanism. They offer valuable flexibility to achieve 2.5G speeds before 10G while maintaining CATV services. Each model includes 4 LAN ports with options to support CATV or 1550 nm blocking for RF overlay protection.
Premium performance made simple with the FiberTwist Active Ethernet/Point-to-Point 10G Network Terminals
The new FiberTwist AE/PtP NTs provide premium 10G high-speed fiber connectivity for next-generation gigabit services that are simple, scalable, and cost-efficient. One model features a single 10GE LAN port, while the second model also supports CATV for traditional TV services. Both models are fully optimized for next-generation gigabit services and seamless infrastructure integration.
Latest additions to connect homes with Wi-Fi 7: Aura E755 DECT gateway and Home CX750 mesh extender
Aura E755 DECT has built-in support for Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications (DECT) CAT-iq base station and Wi-Fi 7, all within the same residential gateway. The Home CX750 Wi-Fi 7 extender captures elegant Nordic design in a soft, compact cube, delivering ultra-fast, low latency Wi-Fi 7 coverage throughout the home.
Second generation of single-port FiberTwist XGS-PON ONTs
The extensive FiberTwist portfolio now includes three new models of the second generation of 1-port XGS-PON Optical Network Terminals (ONTs), designed for flexibility, security, and performance. They cover potential deployment scenarios ranging from standard 1-port ONTs to CATV capabilities or voice services. All three models operate on Genexis’ new and advanced software platform, enabling the Genexis Premium Security Package for enhanced fiber network protection.
Live demonstration of the Positron MDU ONT solution
This solution, also known as Gigabit Any Media (GAM), enables fiber-like broadband speeds over existing legacy cabling in multi-dwelling units (MDU) and supports full OMCI integration, allowing seamless management across diverse OSS/BSS systems and OLT platforms. This simplifies fiber network deployment and operation, especially in buildings with mixed vendor environments.
