Michael Fränkle (Chairman of the Board) brings operator-side technology and transformation experience from leading European broadband markets, strengthening Genexis’ focus on scalable fiber deployment and operational efficiency.
Federico Ciccone brings extensive international Board and C-level experience across telecommunications, digital infrastructure and technology, adding strategic, commercial and transformation expertise to support Genexis’ growth ambitions
Jerry Garrett brings immediate success in private equity board and C-level experience, combined with over 30 years success in revenue growth by capturing business value through process with the broadband providers of the North American market.
