Genexis delivered improved revenue compared with the first quarter of 2026, while order intake continued to develop positively during the second quarter, reflecting increased customer activity and improving momentum across key markets. Net sales totaled 15.0 M€ (Q2 2025: 19.1 M€), still impacted by the lower order intake in the second half of 2025. The gross margin was 37.3% (32.0%), supported by a favorable geographic mix. Operating costs were lower, excluding non-recurring items, following the cost savings program initiated in January 2026. The global shortage of memory components has escalated and continues to increase component costs and lead times. Genexis is working closely with suppliers and customers to mitigate the impact. The situation remains a key area of management focus and may affect margins, working capital and delivery planning.
The adjusted EBITDA of Q2 2026 was 1.1 M€ (1.5 M€), and the operating cash flow before investment activities was negative at -3.6 M€ (-0.5 M€).
