Genexis, a leading provider of cutting-edge fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) and broadband solutions for the in-home network experience, is excited to announce its participation in FiberConnect 2024. Genexis’ attendance marks its first year in the North American market, with significant milestones, including four strategic partnerships, establishing a company entity, and achieving FCC certification.
Delivery of first direct project
Genexis’ official North American market launch was at FiberConnect 2023. Since then, the company has won and delivered its first direct project, Williamstown, Kentucky, in September 2023. It was the first step in Genexis’ ambitious expansion plans and demonstrated its ability to deliver high-quality fiber solutions.
Signed four strategic partnerships
During the first year, partnership agreements have been signed with four prominent partners in North America: Titan Telecom International, RocNet Network Supply, EPS Global, and ClearCable Networks. These partnerships are instrumental in expanding Genexis’ reach and ensuring the delivery of exceptional fiber connectivity solutions across the continent.
Company established
The establishment of Genexis Broadband LLC, announced in May 2024, was a critical step to further establish and get close to North American customers and support partners and to manage the company’s fast-growing operations in the United States.
FCC certification achieved
Last year, Genexis successfully entered the North American market with its PON portfolio. This year, Genexis achieved FCC certification for its Active Ethernet (PtP) portfolio of fiber network termination products. Moving forward, all new fiber network termination products from Genexis will come standard with FCC certification. Genexis already has a market-leading position in Europe for independent Optical Network Termination products and is committed to providing easy-to-install, fully interoperable, and future-proof solutions for PON and Active Ethernet.
Committed to customers
The Kaslo InfoNet Society customer case, which highlights the innovative “Fiber-through-the-lake” project bringing broadband internet to remote areas, quickly became a must-read. This case exemplifies Genexis’ commitment to supporting its customers and partners to deliver connectivity to everyone’s home.
As Genexis looks ahead, the company expects to announce further partnerships, customer engagements, and North American homes connected to fiber broadband communication. With steadfast dedication to enhancing connectivity, Genexis is positioned to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of fiber broadband in North America.
