Order intake in Q1 2026 was consistently strong, reflecting increased customer activity and improving momentum across key markets. Net sales totaled 13.0 M€ (Q1 2025: 18.2 M€), mainly due to the lower order intake in the second half of 2025. The gross margin was 39.9% (39.9%), supported by a favorable geographic mix. The global shortage of memory has increased component costs and lead times, and we are working closely with suppliers and customers to mitigate the impact.

The adjusted EBITDA of Q1 2026 was 0.7 M€ (3.1 M€), and the operating cash flow before investment activities was positive at 1.4 M€ (-1.6 M€).

“A key milestone in the quarter was the successful completion of our refinancing. This strengthens our capital structure and liquidity and enhances our financial flexibility, enabling us to execute our priorities with greater focus,” says Genexis Group CEO Gerlas van den Hoven. “In the first quarter of 2026, Genexis saw a clear improvement in commercial momentum. Order intake was consistently strong throughout the quarter, supported by higher customer activity and a recovery in demand for high performance fiber broadband equipment across our core markets.”
