1. Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your role at Genexis?
My name is Ans, and I’ve been working in Human Resources for many years now and it’s truly where my passion lies. I enjoy connecting with people, helping them grow, and creating an environment where everyone feels supported and empowered. I’m someone who values positivity and teamwork, both at work and at home. Outside of work, I enjoy shopping, walking, and spending time with my family and friends. I love being around people and I describe myself as a people person and a mum of three (who also takes up a lot of my time).
2. What is your favorite part of working at Genexis?
What I like most about working at Genexis are the people, the energy and positivity you feel when you walk into the office. We have great colleagues who support each other, share knowledge, and genuinely enjoy working together. That teamwork gives me so much energy.
I also enjoy putting HR on the map: making sure people feel welcome, that they enjoy coming to work, have meaningful tasks, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Creating that environment is something I’m very passionate about.

5. What advice would you give to your younger self?
Trust yourself more. Don’t overthink everything or aim for perfection — focus on learning and enjoying the process. Take opportunities even when they feel a bit outside your comfort zone; that’s where growth happens. And always make time for balance, because that helps you do your best work.
