As part of our international IT Team, you play a vital role in successfully designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s systems and applications. We are seeking a highly skilled System and Application Specialist to manage our IT systems and applications. This role demands proficiency in both system engineering and application management, with a deep understanding of both fields.
Tasks & responsibilities that excite you as a System and Application Specialist at Genexis
- You will design, implement, and maintain the organization’s systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- You will develop and implement strategies for system and application deployment, configuration, and maintenance
- You will monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, working closely with the IT team in Eindhoven, Netherlands and other stakeholders to resolve problems promptly
- You will manage and oversee the development and deployment of enterprise applications
- You will ensure that all applications meet organizational standards and security requirements
- You can develop and maintain documentation, including system and application specifications, user manuals, and standard operating procedures
- You will create better “how-to” documentation and tutorial for in-house tools
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system and application enhancements
- You will ensure that all applications are tested thoroughly and meet performance standards
- You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in system engineering and application management
- We believe that this is a part-time role at approximately 60%

Providing generic IT support on a case-by-case basis, and you are great in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system and application enhancements.
