We conduct annual employee satisfaction surveys to monitor employee satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Through careful analysis of these surveys and the implementation of tailored measures, we continuously strive to enhance the overall well-being of our workforce. Our target is to increase employee survey scores annually.

As a part of that we prioritize the physical and mental health and safety of employees. We ensure that employees can maintain a good work-life balance, help avoid the build-up of stress, and encourage preventive healthcare.

Equal opportunities and treatment

We are committed to building a workplace culture rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe that providing equal opportunities and fair treatment for all employees, regardless of gender, background, or identity, fosters innovation, broadens perspectives, and drives sustainable success.

Our vision is to create an environment where everyone can thrive, contribute meaningfully, and grow professionally. We are dedicated to closing gaps in representation and pay, and we continuously assess our policies and practices to ensure they promote fairness and inclusivity at every level of the organization.

Supporting the professional and personal development of our people is a core priority. We invest in tools, resources, and learning opportunities that empower employees to advance their careers, expand their skills, and reach their full potential. Our long-term goal is to embed learning and development into the fabric of our company culture, ensuring every team member has access to meaningful growth throughout their journey with us.

At Genexis, we are committed to ensure fair and safe working conditions throughout our value chain. We actively engage with our suppliers to uphold human rights, improve labor conditions, and promote equal opportunities, especially the ones located in high-risk countries. Through partnerships and direct action, we strive to create a positive impact for workers, both within our supply chain and across the sector.

Working conditions

We engage with our supply chain on their working conditions, as manufacturing can possibly expose workers to health and safety risks, overtime working hours, and other types of risks to human and labor rights. In 2024, we performed an ESG risk analysis on our supply chain to uncover potential risks to be remediated.

Our suppliers all signed our Supplier Code of Conduct and are actively cooperating with third-party (JAC) auditing to ensure their work environment is according to standards and/or other expectations. By making suppliers accountable and driving improvements, we contribute to safer and more ethical workplaces across our supply chain.

Equal treatment and opportunities

Fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace enhances innovation, collaboration, and engagement for minority groups while strengthening the reputation as an ethical company. At our subcontractor’s warehouse in the Netherlands, we create meaningful impact by employing individuals with a distance to the job market, assembling products when needed before shipment to customers. This initiative has been in place since 2012, improving quality of life for workers while adding value to our operations. The impact is almost certainly positive and highly appreciated by customers, reinforcing our commitment to social responsibility and inclusiveness in our value chain.
