Genexis Group’s net sales for Q4 2025 totaled EUR 15.9 million, which is EUR 1.0 million lower than Q4 2024. The decline is primarily linked to the reduced order intake during previous quarters of 2025. Order intake in Q4 improved compared to the previous quarter, though we continue to experience effects from slower market activity in several key markets. The gross margin for the quarter was 38.2% (40.4%), reflecting a higher share of sales coming from lower‑margin markets and a lower contribution from software revenue.
The adjusted EBITDA of Q4 2025 was EUR 1.6 million, equal to Q4 2024, and the operating cash flow before investment activities was positive at EUR 0.6 million (EUR 0.4 million).
“The final quarter of 2025 remained challenging, with some customers adopting a more cautious stance, and several orders shifting into 2026. Still, the quarter ended on a steadier note,” says Genexis Group CEO Gerlas van den Hoven. “Our commercial activity remained strong. We continued expanding into our new markets, we extended our Wi-Fi 7 portfolio and closed important customer deals. In November, we reached an important milestone as a company: Genexis achieved ISO 27001 certification — a recognition that underscores our commitment to information security and operational excellence.” To address the effects of the slower market and to support our longer-term growth ambitions, the company has initiated a program to strengthen our sales organization in addition to reducing operating expenses by 10-15%.
