Your role within Genexis

As an Internal Sales and Operations Specialist at Genexis, you will play an extensive role in driving the sales process and help optimizing operational efficiency within the organization. Reporting to Sales Operations Manager, you will be supporting sales teams managing their sales funnel, ensuring seamless coordination between Sales and Operations and Supply Chain, and upholding compliance with international trading regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Sales and Operations, with extensive experience in ERP systems and a solid understanding of international trading rules.

Your responsibilities

  • Sales Funnel Management: Oversee and manage the sales funnel, support Sales teams in lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and pipeline optimization.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, supply chain and finance.
  • ERP Utilization: Leverage our ERP system Jeeves to track sales activities, handle order intake, with surrounding processes.
  • Compliance: International trading rules and regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of sales and operations activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, support the sales teams and serve as a point of contact for inquiries and support.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data.

Your Experience & Skills

You have excellent analytical skills, are accurate, excellent communicative skills and have a positive mindset. You are pro-active, dare to take the lead, are independent and have the ambition to grow with a growing company.

  • You are fluent in English at a professional level, both written and verbal.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, or similar, in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management or related field.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the telecom sector.
  • Extensive experience with ERP systems, with a focus on sales module utilization
  • Strong understanding of international trading rules and regulations
