Your role within Genexis

As a Sales & Operations Coordinator you support sales in all possible ways to create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. You develop leads and opportunities to ensure a professional and complete administration process.
You are the first contact person for sales related questions and also the gatekeeper for the sales team, you are the reliable source for the Benelux sales team towards our customers and internal towards supply chain, finance and product management.

Your duties and responsibilities

  • Create sales orders by transferring purchase orders and quotations to fulfilment. Efficient order management (Process, plan, monitor lead time, adjust and coordinate orders)
  • Identify potential issues in deliveries and escalate them and/or involve external sales staff
  • First point of contact and administrative support like answering phones and emails
  • Support the sales Benelux team with preparation of both structured and ad-hoc reports
  • Maintain sales statistics and record sales performance
  • Identify sales leads and escalate them to external sales staff
  • Inter-company invoicing
  • Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures
  • Confirm, control and monitor delivery times of orders and explaining stock-outs. Create invoices and credit notes.
  • Fill orders by transferring orders to fulfilment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs.
  • You will participate in meetings, on a regular base, with sales coordinators from other regions within Genexis.

Your Experience & Skills

We expect you to have several years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an international B2B organisation. You feel at home in a multi-cultural, dynamic organisation and you are passionate about our products and technology.

You are fluent in Dutch, English and proficiency in the French language is a plus.

Second meeting

If we both see potential after this stage, then we will invite you to our offices for a second meeting. We will give you more information about the job, and introduce you to your future team members. You will also talk about contract conditions with our HR Manager.
