When I started working at Genexis, I knew that I had found an employer with a promising future in a new (growing) market. Today I still experience that challenging environment. The variety of responsibilities is what keeps it fun; from managing product releases to guiding mechanical design projects to supporting my commercial colleagues with product related requests.
The first step is to apply! We consider and respond to all applications. If it looks like we could be a match, our HR Manager will invite you for an introductory meeting at our offices, so that we can get to know one another better.
If the first meeting goes well for you and for us, we may invite you to complete a business case (at home) in your field of expertise. This is the perfect opportunity for you to highlight your added value to the team, and decide if the job really suits you.
If we both see potential after this stage, then we will invite you to our offices for a second meeting. We will give you more information about the job, and introduce you to your future team members. You will also talk about contract conditions with our HR Manager.
If all goes well after the second meeting, you will receive an offer by email. We will then invite you to sign the contract and you are then a part of the Genexis team!
