Your role within Genexis

As office coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective coordination and organization of various office activities. You play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and facilitating a positive work environment for employees.

This includes the following activities:

  • Finance
    o Booking of invoices and all related tasks
    o Follow-up of invoice authorizations
    o Checking and following up on payment reminders
  • Administrative support
    o Function as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
    o Provide administrative support to various departments, including processing incoming and outgoing mail.
    o Assist in updating internal procedures, documentations and programs (travel program)
    o Answer telephone, manage sending and receiving packages
    o Managing office stock, including office supplies
  • Facility management
    o Coordinate facility services, cleaning and lunches
    o Manage contacts with vendors for facility services
    o Manage warehouse recycle waste
    o Support the risk inventory committee
  • Events
    o Organizing internal events, meetings and training sessions
    o Coordinating catering and logistical arrangements for events

Your Experience & Skills

This employee spotlight is with Chantal Brouwer. Chantal works as Commercial Product Manager in the Genexis Product Creation Team. She joined Genexis in October 2021 directly after finishing her studies in MSc Business Administration.

First meeting & business case

If the first meeting goes well for you and for us, we may invite you to complete a business case (at home) in your field of expertise. This is the perfect opportunity for you to highlight your added value to the team, and decide if the job really suits you.

Second meeting

If we both see potential after this stage, then we will invite you to our offices for a second meeting. We will give you more information about the job, and introduce you to your future team members. You will also talk about contract conditions with our HR Manager.


If all goes well after the second meeting, you will receive an offer by email. We will then invite you to sign the contract and you are then a part of the Genexis team!
