Finance Coordinator
Your role within Genexis
You are responsible for providing financial and administrative support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. You streamline processes and procedures for improving operational efficiency of finance reporting according to the company needs. Your main focus will be the accounting of Genexis Sweden AB and you will be supportive to all our foreign subsidiaries. General ledger, month closing, VAT declaration, accounts payable and accounts receivable are all part of this role.
Your Experience & Skills
To be successful in this role you should have a minimum experience of 3 years in a comparable role. You speak fluently Swedish, have excellent communication skills in English and you have a customer-focused attitude. You are versatile and critical towards the way tasks are executed, accurate, analytical and results driven towards budgets and your own performance.
Ideally you have completed an education in the area of accounting. You will have knowledge and insight into processes and procedures of financial administration. You will be knowledgeable and experienced in automated ERP systems, preferably Jeeves, and with Microsoft Office.
