Who is Genexis

Genexis is focused on delivering fibre boadband to as many homes as possible and we celebrated 20 years of growth in the FTTP market across Europe in 2022.

We deliver a complete portfolio of products for fibre broadband in the home, including DIY fibre terminators, optical network units, Wi-Fi 6 enabled residential gateways, management software and access points. All these products support industry standards and are designed for sustainability.

Our product portfolio contains unique products, such as FiberTwist – a patented fibre termination system that has become a huge success in Europe thanks to its interoperability with many different OLT vendors and the fact that it can be upgraded by the homeowner, significantly reducing opex for operators.

Genexis is part of Inteno Group AB, and has subsidiaries and offices in Sweden, Netherlands, Norway, Germany, Finland, Denmark, and Belgium. Genexis Group is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden and Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

Your role within Genexis

The role covers the whole of the U.K with a focus on the Alt-Net community that is currently creating new fibre networks across the U.K.

You are responsible for winning new customers, resulting in repeat sales and a consistent revenue growth. You are a typical hunter, capable of opening doors and closing deals. In collaboration with associated departments (including Product Line Management, Marketing and Supply Chain), you make sure that Genexis is presented and perceived as a cutting-edge company.

Although currently home-based, the location is most likely to suit someone based along the M4 corridor, as our future plans for the UK include the creation of a UK office in this area near Reading.

Your Experience & Skills

With a focus on the Alt-Net community it is highly desirable that your experience covers this market, particularly in active technology. We expect you to have some years of experience in a sales / new business development role, with a proven track record of solution sales generation. You feel at home in a multi-cultural, dynamic organisation in which you fulfil an independent role, while closely working together with other departments. You may have a degree at bachelor level or higher (technical affinity is a plus), as well as experience with direct or partner sales.

Sales is your passion and you are capable of translating commercial opportunities into satisfied customers.  Working for Genexis means having a healthy interest in challenges, but most of all you like to work in a team. You like to take the initiative and have a “just do it” approach. Having the right mentality and attitude are more important to us than a degree. First meeting & business case

If the first meeting goes well for you and for us, we may invite you to complete a business case (at home) in your field of expertise. This is the perfect opportunity for you to highlight your added value to the team, and decide if the job really suits you.

Second meeting

If we both see potential after this stage, then we will invite you to our offices for a second meeting. We will give you more information about the job, and introduce you to your future team members. You will also talk about contract conditions with our HR Manager.


If all goes well after the second meeting, you will receive an offer by email. We will then invite you to sign the contract and you are then a part of the Genexis team!
